Wipro NLTH overview
Wipro's National Level Talent Hunt (NLTH) is the primary campus hiring program. It includes an online assessment followed by technical and HR interviews. Lateral hiring follows a similar structure with deeper technical expectations.

- Coding (for elite roles): basic programming problems.
- Domain-specific questions for specialized tracks (VLSI, BDA).
Technical interview
Focus areas for campus technical rounds:
- C/Java programming: pointers, memory, OOP concepts.
- DBMS: SQL queries, ER diagrams, normalization.
- Data structures: arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues.
- Project deep dive: be ready for 10+ follow-up questions.
- Simple coding: swap numbers, find largest element, string operations.
HR round
- Tell me about yourself.
- Why Wipro?
- Willingness to relocate and work across domains.
- Salary expectations and notice period.
- Strengths, weaknesses, and team experiences.
